We are making efforts every year to reduce our carbon footprint. We plan to completely finish the following steps by the end of 2025.
All of our waste oils are being collected by authorized and certified third-party companies at regular intervals without being released into the nature. We track the collected waste oils through integrated web-based systems. We also set goals to reduce the amount of oil that our kitchen generate each year.
Local Suppliers: We're always working day and night to find the best quality products from local suppliers for our guests. And when we do, we try to reduce our carbon footprint by purchasing in large quantities and less frequently.
In 2023, with our newly established Solar Electric Panels, we have the capacity to meet the annual electricity needs of approximately 50 households, with a power of 50 kWp from our roof-type photovoltaic solar power plant. We currently produce 85% of our hotel's electricity needs. Our goal is to triple this production in the next 3 years and provide sustainable energy to the Turunç grid.
We have installed a charging unit with two-pump AC/DC electric cars at our facility as part of the agreement with the E-Şarj company. It is one of the few stations in Turunç and Marmaris region that all visitors can use.
